The Rational Dress Society accepts VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.


All shipments will be sent via the United States Postal Service. The fee for domestic shipping and handling varies upon shipping zones and free for orders being picked up from our Chicago Production HQ. The Rational Dress Society is unfortunately unable to ship to P.O. boxes as well as APO & FPO addresses.

International Orders:

We will happily ship orders outside of the United States. If you would like to place an order that will be shipped internationally please email us at rationaldresssociety@gmail.com. Shipping & handling fee for international orders varies upon country of destination. The Rational Dress Society is not responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or fees charged by customs or for any delays in the customs process.

Order Tracking:

After your order is placed you will receive an email confirmation, followed by a second shipment confirmation email with your USPS tracking number.

Delivery Times:

JUMPSUITS are cut to order and take 4-6 weeks to cut, sew and ship.

Lost Merchandise:

All orders are shipped with insurance to cover loss or damage during shipment. This insurance does not cover packages stolen from front stairs or porches after USPS has delivered. If stolen packages are common where you live we would advise having your JUMPSUIT shipped to your work place or to an address where your package will be received by an individual. Returns and Exchanges:

If an exchange on an item is necessary for a different size we are happy to ship the new size once we receive the original shipment. A garment that does not fit is an irrational one. All returns must be authorized by the Rational Dress Society before items are shipped back to us. For all returns and exchanges, please email us at rationaldresssociety@gmail.com with a brief reason for the return/exchange. All returns must be shipped within 14 days of the date the shipment is accepted by the addressee. Merchandise must be returned unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition. All return shipments both domestic and international must be sent with a major courier service with tracking capabilities (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), at the purchaser’s expense. We will provide our return shipping address when we authorize a return. Upon acceptance and inspection of the returned monogarment, we will credit the cost of the JUMPSUIT(s) to the credit card used for the purchase. We do not reimburse the purchaser for shipping costs. We are not responsible for items damaged, lost or stolen during the return shipment. We recommend that you insure the return shipment for $250. We also recommend that you retain the tracking number for the return.

We reserve the right to deny credit if the goods do not meet the return policy requirements.
